How Billing
Works
HelloHero offers flexible billing for districts that wish to be invoiced each month versus those that want to take advantage of our Medicaid billing services.
Our services can be billed directly to the school district. Services can be contracted on a full time, per diem or hourly basis. Higher volumes dictate lower rates.
Simplified Medicaid Billing Sheet (SMBS): For districts that have their own billers, we can provide you with a spreadsheet with all session data, including CPT and ICD-10-CM codes and modifiers in a file format that will be compliant with your State’s Medicaid Program. SMBS will reduce error, save lots of time, and ease and expedite Medicaid submissions.
